Is this a K-tec Sports Cat ? Please Help

I was looking to buy this sports cat off a guy yesterday as he said it was a k-tec sports cat. However now he has said there is no reciept and it was around £260 new. Here is a picture of it ?

Is it a k-tec sports cat ?

Looks slightly different to my ktec one (bottom in pic). But I suppose it could be.

Yes it looks that way, it used to be with a magnex system before he decided to sell

The guy has got a receipt and shown me. It's 5 years old. Do you rekon I should go for this? It's up for £70 ?
