is this correct order?

just double checking this is correct? the firing order on a clio 172 sport is
1-3-4-2 on the engine from fly wheel side but on the coil pack its 4-3-1-2?

thanks

im totally confused with this now :S i thought cylinder 1 would go to number 1 on coil pack, cylinder 3 to number 3 on coil pack, cylinder 4 to number 4 on coil pack and so on? is this not right?
thanks

1 = flywheel end
4 = cambelt end

you are correct in saying cylinder 1 is number 1 on the coilpack, cylinder 2 is 2 on the coilpack iirc..

unsure on the exact firing order it fires in though....

yeh thats what i thought but im having missfire problems so spoke to ryan of here with the 182 turbo i live down road from him an he has a spare coilpack but he told me the order on the coil pack does'nt go 1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3 etc it goes differently :S

Match the coil pack number up with the cylinder number. Otherwise why would they bother numbering it! If its still missfiring then its either a faulty coilpack or something else.
