Is this correct?

1. After some searching, can anyone confirm the following info as correct?
Tyre - 205x45x16
Rim - 7Jx16 ET38
Pcd - 4x100
Centre bore - 60.1mm
Stud thread size - M12x1.5

2. Do you have to purchase new alloys with the exact ET or is there some tolerance, for example the Speedline Turinis spec is 7" x 16" ET40 offset, 4x100 PCD. Will an ET of 40 be suitable?

The lower offset 35 to say 38 will mean they stick out more.

40 plus they will go in more.

Depending on your suspension set up, how lowz. 38 will be fine.

What suspension have you got again?

And any reason you didn't or haven't gone with 15's for track?

At the moment it’s standard suspension with coilovers planned for the future. I have listened to the advice and chosen 15” tyres/rims for my track day. With my budget I have chosen Ferderal 595 tyres 205x50x15’s although I would have preferred 45’s but struggling to find them. I have some rims being made to order but won’t be ready for the track day so the plan is to borrow some 15” via a third party.
Must admit this forum has been very helpful ?
