Scorpion 192 resonated ctr section cracked, has anyone successfully welded/repaired these?

How much is a new one?

Prob around £100, I know the new ones have a flexi. Just want to see if these can been repaired before I chuck it to the scrap man

Lifetime warranty on these. Horrible mid section. They always crack. s**t things.

Trick to getting a free replacement is to email scorpion and show them pics of it. Peel off the sealant before .

They only honour the warranty if you are the person that bought it and the receipt is in your name. If you don't have a receipt then borrow one and pretend to be that person.

The new mid section will have a Flexi as well as an additional hanger .

I just got a new piece welded on to the silencer. I was getting so fed up of it blowing from the sleeve and everywhere else, we just welded everything!
