Is this the right order for washing etc...?

Im planning on getting the valver looking good ready for fcs and have bought some products. Just want to confirm that i'll be doing it in the correct order?

Wash with Autoglym shampoo conditioner (got it cheap) using halfords wool mitt.
Dry with chamois/microfibre cloth??
Meg's Quick detailer and clay bar.
Scratch X on some parts (applied with meg's app. pads. take off with microfibre cloth).
Autoglym super res polish (applied with meg's app. pads. take off with microfibre cloth).
Autoglym extra gloss protection (applied with meg's app. pads. take off with microfibre cloth).
Meg's deep crystal carnauba liquid wax (any good? not bought it yet so could get something different)
Take photo's of car!


Any help/advice much appreciated!

Thats the order, I would not bother with the Meg's Deep Crystal Carnauba Wax, get some P21s or Poorboys Nattys Blue from http://www.seriousperformance.co.uk/
