its booked in for sat the guy at the garage mentioned a engine flush.has anyone heard of this and is it nes cheers

Totally unnecessary with regular oil and filter changes.
Can do more harm than good in some circumstances.

If you definately wish to flush the engine. Change the oil and then drain and change again after 1000/1500 miles.

no engine flush required, just oil and filter and air filter and the checks.

Should be no more than £150.
