it is worth to change this mount?

Hi!
I already changed all engine mounts in my 172 ph2, and still hear knocking exhaust sound (only on 1st gear above 5000rpm when loose tracktion, and esp i on) I have dog bone mount poliurethane. I noticed also, that the gear stick is moving a little when i relase the gas pedal.
My question is: It is worth to change also this mount? :

Is that one of the gearbox mounts?

Guys you dont read... Dogbone mount is poliuretanie, and all others are new

On the small end it should be offset with the longer bit upwards, if not it can tip the engine back a tad and the exhaust can knock on the anti roll bar.
