italian tuner on test drive unlimited

I am stuck and dont know where the italian tuner is. do you hafto unlock it or do you find it? cheers

Can just find it, And dont you have the map in the box showing where they all are?

If im right its a little bit up in the map from the VW dealer to the left on this road thats just a big loop basically.
