ITB Noise level - help needed on silencer

Must've had you sumped as to why it was gradually losing power

I leaned it off and it gained about 10bhp, but the long term damage has been done. I'll be doing the whole lot this time round, then I'm not reliant on someone else taking care of the engine I've put love and hard work into
