Opinions on these from those in the know?

I'm tempted but put off by the fact that theyre only 42mm bodies.

I know an omex ecu, loom and cable-throttle kit would also be required but is there anything else?

you really want a 48-42.5 taper body with 45 butterfly on a stock internals F4R. And yes there's a lot of bits and pieces you need. All included in our kit
