ITG filter cleaning

Hi guys,

Had my itg panel filter in for well over a year now and thought i might take it out for a clean and re-spray. But when looking on the ITG website, i couldnt find any spray avaliable and it claims you can "fit and forget" the filter !

So its basically saying you only need to remove debris from the air box but dont really ever need to touch the filter.

Surely thats not right if you want it working at its best...... anyone know where i can buy this spray and what the proper deal is with regards to nessessity to clean the filter.

Does it still feel sticky?? I clean mine every 8k miles by just brushing the bits off it.

I havnt actually looked at it mate but just presumed it is time for cleaning,

When I bought an ITG panel filter from ITG (factory in Coventry), they supplied my Brother and I with some foam strips.

These foam strips are used to clean the filter. You would just wipe the foam across the bottom of the filter to pick up any loose debris. That is all you need to do to maintain your filter.
