ITG Filter!! Help please

Anyone know if the ITG panel filter i have in my Mk 2 172, would into the airbox of a Mk 2, ph 1 1.2 8v????? Are the airboxs the same or as i imagine completely different, cheers people.

Pretty sure they are a different size mate as the PH2 182 and PH1 172 are incompatible too.

Hardly, mine has a big 2 litre engine in it doofus, yours has the engine from a professional hairdryer in it.
