itg induction

Just looking at the itg induction kits.Pricey!!! are they worth the money says 7bhp gains but i have no idea???? anyone have one or know???

Best on the market. Complete kit including silicon hose and all brackets. But yes, very pricey.

Unless you intend to do more to the car (remap/inlets/zorst etc) I wouldn't bother - Just get a panel filter.

k+n apollo are a good filter .I'm gonna fit mine next week . Nice sound as well .Check out ebay , sometimes they come up for sale cheapish , otherwise they are about £190 , i was lucky and got a new one for £63 delivered
