I have one of mine but I have a custom exhaust so it's hard to hear it, but I do have a before/after vid so you can hear the difference if that is of any help

I have mine for ages now, and i love it great noise.

They are a lot louder then the standard IK, and i feel mine pulls better from lower down the rev range with the 5k kick being smoothed out.

Get matched inlets instead + a panel filter if you dont already have them, much better use of your money in most cases.

Anybody that can share thoughts on the "non-carbon" Maxogen ?! Exact same design only an alloy one ? Probably little more heatsoak at slow speeds ...

This one costs less than half i believe ?

Where from? The cost of the Carbon one is just retarded.

Hillpower i believe for one . Will look up the link ! When pointing it away from the rad the heatsoak will very much be okay i think :)

actually had a very hard time looking something up ; seems i could'nt find the exact link i had last time.

Here in this link it's mentioned that ther is a cheaper fibre glass version of the ab65 ; this is what i meant i think. Costs are a 100 pounds less than the carbon one.

**** EDIT ****

i have just checked again and noticed the glass fibre box is not the 100 pounds cheaper, just a 50 quid or so ?! This link ;

They do look good in a bay thats been cleaned & "dressed up" plus the nice deep grunt you get from them is awesome :approve:

How about the Maxogen + matched inlets? ;)

how do you match inlets?
nearly bought a maxogen today but unsure as its sort of a mixed review.
my plan is to get a maxogen,add a decat to my milltek and then go for a remap?
what do people think my power would be like on the 182 then and would you feel the difference?
