iTunes instllation prob

Hi, im hoping someone can help as this is really starting to wind me up!

I went to download iTunes 7 yesterday and as it started my laptop crashed (maybe unrelated, not sure?), anyway now when i go to install iTunes 7 is tells me i need to delete or rename a file that exsits. The file is in c:\windows\installer\. Cant find the folder anywhere to get to this file. The file is {5b433733-bb31-4b40-bcba-dded37626641}

Is there a way around this? Or anyone know where to find the file?
I cant download iTunes 7 till ive changed this file. So annoying!!!

You need to change your folder options to view hidden files.

Open Windows Explorer then at the top select 'Tools' -> 'Folder Options' -> 'View' tab, then select 'Show hidden files and folders'.

You will the be able to see the folder.

Or do Start -> Run and type C:\Windows\Installer

Yer I've got this problem at the moment...

Tried updating to the latest version and it came up with a windows installer error, and then said that quicktime was required however I only just installed the latest version of Quicktime and it still doesn't want to update.
