iTunes to MP3 CD *HELP*

I have created a playlist in iTunes ready to put on a CD-R. Having followed the instructions on iTunes etc, iTunes copies the songs but in another format other than MP3?

Anyone know of a simple way of coping my playlist in iTunes onto a CD in MP3 format?

iTunes has a convertor you can use. Highlight the ones to convert, right click, then click 'convert to mp3'

Pretty sure when I right click it says 'convert to AAC' (or ACC)?

Thanks, but currently running iTunes 8 and there's no burning tab in 'advanced'?
