Zymol cleaner wax. Its actually a polish to help restore the lusture of the paint.

Hopefully it was a wise purchase, especially at 13 quid per bottle? :star:

Its game time!

its all getting serious now!!! Unfortunatley I have to work twice as hard on mine as Rich does, cuz my car is a daily drive. She does love to get dirty tho

I think we can all agree that Rich cheats and should be disqualified lol. Shame I can't make the FCS though would love to meet everyone and see everyone's cars in person.

There will always be next year I guess...

Nope - made by Turtle wax and branded Zymol.

No a very good product - is a one step cleaner/wax no really abrasives to polish up the paint. You would have been better using AG SRP then your BWW.

Zymol (turtle wax) Cleaner Wax is s**te! Best of using Autoglym Super Resin.

no its Zymol - it says zymol on the label so I guess it was made at a specific zymol factory? :S

News for you buddy - LOADS of products are made under licence! Where do you think all the supermarkets get all of their own brand food from? They certainly don't make it themselves!

Same goes for car cleaning products I am afraid...

I know mate. I was just saying that to be funny.... looks like it backfired on me :dapprove: .

Rich - I dont want anything really abraisive anyway so ner ne ne ner ner.

Disclamer - Yes I do!! :(

SRP is not really abrasive - just enough to clean the paint nicely and restore gloss - You said you wanted to restore the lustre to your paint, you will need a mild abrasive to do this effectively. You said in another thread your paint marks so easily so surely it would benifit from a nice polish ?

I figured that the gentler the polish the better for my paint. I dont want to take the lacquer off.

Polishes don't come much more gentle than SRP, you could use it once a week for your cars life time.

You would have to try very hard by hand with a heavy abrasive to go through you clearcoat by hand!

Stick it in 'for sale' for a tenner Lusty, someone will buy it. Best not to link to this thread though!

As much as your car's not my cup of tea, I'm looking forward to seeing it at FCS, I'm expecting well cared for paintwork though young man!

It is indeed "trip"....

Lusty out of curiousity what Clio is yours based on, its not originally a CS is it?

I see... so your paint costs more than the car then lol?!;)

Have you done any modifications which affect the performance of the car at all?

Touching up stone chips on flip paint *vomits*

Use SRP and EGP son, it's all good stuff

You are hardly gonna make your car amazing with one product, listen to Rich, he is god...... you are one of his peasants

You guys lol

Lusty will never listen to my advice - he chooses products just to be different!

You can touch up flip paint no probs. Just apply the black base coat, let it dry then apply colour over the top and it looks ok.

its got a performance exhaust (which cost 500 quid and was done by 3 different companies), and a relocated air filter and ummm thats it.
