I've sprung a leak!!!!

So when I bought my 172 about 5/6 weeks ago I didn't notice any water in the spare wheel well but today (after several days of heavy rain) there was about an inch and a half of water in there!
I'm about to start stripping the boot out to find the leak but was wondering if there are any common areas that people know about or do seals go after a bit of time?
Your help would be much appreciated as I don't want my car to rot!

its not the aerial. look by the rear lights there two black bungs take them out and seal for a start

can you chaps tell me if there is a blanking plate or grommit of some variety where the wire comes through for the rear lights? There's just a massive hole there and I cant seem to see any other visible sign of leakage!

ok, leaks found around rubber bungs, little dab of silicone later...sorted
