jacking sills

can the sills be repaired, my front 2 are currently at a 45degree angle to the car, if i bend them back how strong are they gonna b.

They are s**t. Renault must not have realised that a 2.0l engine weighs more than a 1.2. Mine did the same, hammered them out again, but as soon as the jack went near them they were as bad as ever!

ye. i only use them to get high enough to put the stands under anyway but im just scared 1 day it will bloody fall before i get the stands under.

Just hammer them back round, you will take the anti-chip sealer off a bit tho, don't worry about it.

Hammer them back and get a vw jack that thes sill sits in rather than on.
