This is new to me but id like background images and multitasking, etc so I'd like to do this but i keep finding so much conflicting info.
I have an iPhone 3G and I am running 4.2.1 currently.
It was originally on O2 but unlocked to use a Tesco sim.
My first issue is downloading the IPSW file, every link i download ends up being all individual files as to any guides i follow having just 1 big IPSW file
Also I am a bit unsure as to what program I should use, i keep seeing about redsn0w but not using it with a phone that was unlocked to another carrier
