Jailbroken 3GS - Carrier Update

I haven't connected my iPhone for a while and today it has come up with a carrier update.

What's the situation with it being Jailbroken??

Are we allowed to ask Q's about Jailbreaking etc or not due to its naughty nature.

My warrenty just ran out (assume its 1 year free) so i'm thinking of doing my itouch.

Jailbreaking isn't illegal (it does brake iphone/ipod agreement though), however discussion of cracked apps etc is.

So aslong as its about free apps available on Cydia, or themes etc, then I think the admins/mods should be ok...
