The JBL amps are pretty good, but the speakers are junk! Mate had them and a set of JBL 6x9s and blew them in the space of about 3 wks!

And before anyone says were they wired correctly etc, they were done by a professional installer.

JBL = Just Being Lazy.

use 4 channels as normal and bridge 2 for the sub

Ive got the ice alreay fitted in my car. Ive got 1 channel left to use. I dont particulary want to have another sub as its loud enough already. Can I have a set of 6x9s? If yes, what RMS do they have to be?
