Job/Work management app

I've had a little google but not found anything, wondered if anyone on here can help.

I'm wanting an app which I can use to organise jobs for a small one man business.

It needs to store customer contact details and let me create a job against them. I then want to be able to assign the job to a diary within the application, I need to be able to mark the job as complete and also see a list of all outstanding jobs.

Anyone know of anything good?

An app as it needs to be offline. Just for a self employed sparky to manage work.

Although it needs to backup automatically when on wifi too.
