Nice!!! Do you think these would fit my renault clio iii dci 2012? I suck at coilovers..

Those megane wheels look ace!! Think i'm now settled on wanting 17s instead of 16s after seeing this

Lol, carry on mate it's your car and your money. What's next on the list?

Hehe. I'd already bought it before my post yesterday!

Definitely a remap. Just hoping to shift some bits from the garage to generate funds and then off to see dan at 519.

Still tempted by a rear arb, and see if any power flex bushes fit the front arb.

Also want to try my hand at alcantara wrapping some interior bits.

Front Strut Brace £107.92

Rear Strut Brace £119.88

Rear ARB £197.48

Front Lower Brace £133.67

I picked up a rear boot brace for the clio last week and set about fitting it today.
I've left the side boot carpet out as I quite like it exposed.

I'd also suffered with the knocking boot for too long. I'd moved the striker plate in the boot forward a good few mm, and it still remained.

Then I remember reading a little trick about putting a small layer of electrical tape around the striker itself.
Did that this morning, and no more clunking boot!

Still no clunking from the boot. Enjoying this noise-free driving now!

Also took the car down to Automax today. Left it with Nigel to fit my HEL braided lines.
At present can't really see the difference on general road use. However, I'm hoping to see better performance on track, with no more spongy and fading brakes due to rubber hoses expanding.

Went up to Tamworth yesterday and picked up a 197 interior and the slightly rare Imusic parcel shelf with blind and compartment in it.

Shelf fitted (not exactly hard!)

However, the seats may be a no-go.

Looks like the seatbelt attaches differently and the wiring is different (as mine is a 5 door). Gutted.
