judder/grind near standstill

1.2 95 clio, when coming to a stop and when reversing, Ive replaced discs and pads on the front and the clutch recently thinking it may be that. seems to come from the front but could it be the rear drums or shoes?

Check that the front wheels are tight!!! It may be the front wheel bearings? Dont think it would be the rear drums. Try wobbling the wheels also, if they move could be the trust washer on the diff
