Judder through accelerator pedal

Hi car is a 182 2005 Clio,

Problem has started this week but accelerator pedal judders at around 50/ 60 mph in what ever gear you are in. I have checked all the wheel nuts are on tight and tyre pressures nothing wrong. could this just be the tracking and alignment out or something else.
Additionally there is an oil leak at the top of the engine which I take is a common problem with this car, can someone just confirm this.

Could be a driveshaft problem.
