Not a clio, but you lot may be able to shed some light on my shed lol!
I had my front discs and pads changed in August and have had no problems with brake judder at all, run them in and all has been fine.
So a couple of days a go I decided that the hand brake needed tightening as it was coming up very high, whilst this was being done I asked the garage to check the rear drums.
They said the drums were fine but they gave them a clean and tightened the handbrake.
All seemed fine at first, brakes and hand brake all working... this was until I started braking from 60mph plus... under heavy braking I can feel a horrible judder coming through the brake pedal.
I'm pretty sure it cant be the front discs/pads as they still have plenty of life and were only changed in August!
Could the garage have messed up the drums in some way to cause this juddering?
The car is an 04 SRI CDti.
