judders during idle

Just noticed that my 1.2 clio has started to judder while waiting at traffic lights. This problem has just started, Just wondered if anybody knows any simple solutions?

Clean out the throttle body and inlet bend and pipes. Check the idle control valve and also check the spark plugs. Is it 1.2 8v or 16V?

I know its a stupid question but how would I go about cleaning the throttle body? Its a 1.2 16v 2001 (they say its the sporty 1.2 or watever.) Greatly appreciate your help.

is this going to be a hard job to clean the throttle body? and if so are there any guides?
