I believe it's set stand sizes inside and just as many cars as you can/want to fit on. They don't stipulate numbers for them. We're thinking 10-15 indoors though, any more would be cramped, and the rest outdoors.

Still waiting to hear back from the organisers though.

Stand is sorted now, but it's just one massive outdoor one. No indoor stand unfortunately due to the organisers being a tad useless! It's been booked for 40 cars, and between here and CSOC we have it pretty much filled by the looks of it.

For now, we're needing a rough estimate as to how many of you will be bringing passengers and if so, how many? Rough numbers, doesn't have to be anything set in stone.

Children under 16 are Free of Charge when entering in a club car.

Not the answer you're looking for......but last year we met up in Newbridge, received our entry tickets and then convoyed in as together as we could be due to the volume of traffic.

Yeah I'd assume it'll be as Haybails says really. The organisers tend to want all the cars who will be on a particular stand to come in together, hence meeting up before and then convoying in, so it's usually just as easy to hand out wristbands and car passes at that point.
