I love these car's proper old school jap but my pal had one of these heavily modded and the jap crap engine couldn't cope with all the extra power and was constanlty in the garage but imo a bog standard ones are awesome

What I find strange though is the fact he wanted to do a straight swap, yet in his advert he stats he's selling because he wants to buy a house. Surely if you're buying property you'd be wanting to sell a car to generate cash for the house?

looks like he has got all the external stuff on it but even though it has been rebuilt, they have probably used stock parts otherwise he would have said what internals are in it.
i reckon for the first 100m it would tear your cup a new A hole and then it would blow its guts straight out of its exhaust pipe.
then again the gear box would go after 50m

Lol! Oh there's no doubt it'd leave my Cup for dead while it's running but like you say as soon as you give it any stick something would go pop.
Yeah I know what you mean, as soon as I see "engine rebuild" it scares me off. I know not all engine rebuilds are bad and are done to a good standard but I'd be worrying everytime I pressed the loud pedal.
