just bought a 182

trading in my megane 225 for a racing blue 182 both cup packs stripes, cabasse stereo upgrade i think it's the upgrade.
i have had a 182 before a black/gold one. i am changing because the meggy was costing too much to buy and run and we want to get a bigger house etc so had to try and save a bit money.
i collect on wed 12th oct

yes i was tempted i am saving £100pm plus the savings on fuel and insurance
well i had a problem with direct line insuring me because of the cup packs (they are performance upgrades) according to them even though they are optional extra's, anyway they won't insure me because i am under 25. butr they insured me on a megane 225????

Sorry mate, but that sounds a little wrong to me.
I'm with Directline and I too have the cup packs. Did you specifically say that they were extras that were fitted at time of manufacture?

yes i told the woman it came from dieppe like that and argues about the climate control etc etc but she wouldn't have none of it.

I had this with privelege (same as directline), when I rang up and spoke to someoneelse the second time it wasnt an issue. I have not been charged either, they are all listed on my policy as well!!
