Just bought my second 172 after missing the one i sold.

Heres a couple of pics after it was clayed and polished.

it is mate yeah, i recognise it too, smokes like a muva fu*a!!! went to look at it. defo not valve stem seals.

the engines fukt and needs a complete overhaul/replacement. i imagine it will go pop shortly! did you not realise this when you bought it?
