just bought this 182 dirt cheap...what u think ?

just clicked buy it now. came on about 11 o clock and in the first 2 hours there were loads of questions. did a hpi check and its clear , thought it was too good to miss.. everything seems in order methinks..

well if it was a bit tatty i wouldnt have any problems selling it on for a lot more. the 2 blues seem very popular colours and i havent seen many below 6.5k.... win win situation i think(hopefully)

As a mint car on that milage and needing a service...I'd offer you about 5-5.2 max...So i suppose you are making a profit. I'd be cautious tho!

well if i go to pick it up and find anything other than whats described wrong with it then im happy to walk away. 68k mileage is not skyhigh if serviced regularly which it has been(full reno), and im expecting a ding here or there but my old man owns a bodyshop so no probs there...

Not a bad deal but I hate to piss on your fire it needs two wheels refurbed and a service, its on 70k so in 2k its going to need the cambelt doing, doesn't mention the tyres. Bearing in mind one can be had for £6k on 50k I guess you've saved yourself £500 by the time you've done everything too it.

Looks like a great buy for that price to me. And the curbed wheels is just a good excuse to get some nicer ones - Turinis or my new favorite on 182s, SuperLeggeras - although i dunno what they'd look like a Racing Blue. For a full fat though, I reckon that's a great price.

That car is a bargain for anyone that wants a 182! Fair enough it needs the CAM belt doing soon etc etc...but that's late 172 money anyday so for the same cash he's got himself a newer model Renault Sport!

luckily ive got another set of anthracite 182 wheels in perfect nick and ive got a mate who works for renault wholl do the belt and give me my stamp and like i said my old man will sort out any dings and that....these are the reasons why i took the risk. im well happy anyway.. i had a budget of 6.5k to spend so i can go book a holiday and keep the mrs sweet. bonus

I looked at that racing blue one on ebay yesterday, looked again today and it was gone lol. Looks a good deal to me. Having spent the last few weeks looking for a racing blue 182, they seem to sell for a premium as there arent many about, so this one looks like a bargain. Needs a damn good clean though.

That looks tatty but nothing a good detail would sort out. The only thing that would bother me if the last owner didn't give a s**t about the state of the outside of the car they probably showed the engine the same amount of respect, poorly maintained and ragged to death.
