is aux belt 36k or 3yrs what ever comes first & cam belt 72k or 5yrs what ever comes first ?

Aux is 36k/5 years, Cam is 72k/5 years.

Some confusion over this but those are the official lines from Renault.

Do the maths. 2005-2009 is only 4 years, so if it's not yet on 36k then it doesn't need done.
