Hi people, I joined a little while ago, this is my first post to say "Hello". I've got some problems with my Clio Si, I bought it new in 2000, love it to pieces and really don't want to part with it so I'm here to search for help and advice to keep it on the road.

Hello Blane1992 - the gear lever is jumping about when i'm driving along, it happens every time i put my foot on and off the accelarator, loud clunking sound too. I've had the car to a couple of local garages to have it fixed each time i've paid for the repairs and driven it off the forecourt no better than it went in. It's just had all 3 engine mountings replaced and it's still the same, it's had 2 dogbones in the last 14 months. It also makes a banging noise when travelling in reverse for a short distance. Any advice would be grately appreciated
