Leo as said above £40 for a refurb is the way to go and you will NOT be able to tell the dif from new................also I recon Reno might be just a bit more than £100 for a wheel

£100+ for one wheel?
ROBBERY!!
In Edinburgh, there is a guy who goes round all the garages refurbishing wheels for the dealers/garages and when hubbys car was going into the BMW garage for a service, it was the day that James (wheel guy) was there, so hubby took my wheel that he scraped a few weeks before, with him in his boot and the guy did it for us for £25 cash and there was NO WAY THAT YOU COULD TELL WHERE THE SCRAPE/GOUGE had been, it was perfectly repaired and painted - exact colour.
So if you take it to Renault, it would be someone like James who visits garages to do this (he also does small paintwork jobs like scraped bumpers etc, to avoid painting panels) and Renault would make a tidy profit from your £100 or whatever they charge - just find one of these wheels/chips away/dent devils or whoever it is yourself and just pay the proper realistic going rate for the job.
One day when I was at work, my colleague had a paint guy in his van come to the carp park to repair and paint the side of her car where it was scraped and in a couple of hours you couldnt see where it was done. If you get a good guy (recommendation maybe) you will get a good job and avoid having to get a complete panel/bumper sprayed.
