Its gone

my 'rouge de feu' 172 ff is no longer mine. No idea where it will end up but i hope it finds a good home. Not the most mint example but very tidy and went well. Had it since April and its been sooooo much fun. Especialy the airfield days. Might end up regretting it as it was such a fantastic colour (when clean) I realy did try to keep it looking its best, Bought a wash mit and even a second bucket!

Here she is looking superb!

The splitter lasted about three weeks...............

Anyway I need to look to the future and the fun im going to have with what has replaced it.

Stripped out Ph1 172!

Needs somework and will probably keep it off road till begining of march to get it all up together, just in time for the next south west airfield day.

im rubish at cleaning cars but i did try with this one. As with all my cars they are mechanicly sound and kept up together. It drove superbly after id fiddled with it.

Can't believe you sold the flamer. My absolute favourite colour sport of all time. I would love to own a mint flamer 172 I really would.

I'm going to make the g/f buy one as she's planning on getting a 172 in July, and I am going to make her get that colour.

first = no, not abit of it. if I was do u think I would of got away with swapping a perfectly good clean car for one with no interior

Indeed, i took Jay's Flamer in part-ex last night, he took my Track car...

BUT, i spent a good 3 hours today cleaning it ready for sale and TBH, the thing is mint! Will probably get the machine polisher out on the bonnet as its quite swirly, but other than that, it came up bloody well.

Look after the Baboon Jay, she deserves it!

It had 54.5k on it almost exactly when Dan took it. Had full history in the book (only found this out the day we did the deal) Did the belt myself at 48k, when i bought it. Im not going to go into details on the deal but i think we were both happy with it.
