Just been to my local dealer this morning about the service, care and generally lack of both of those mentioned! Complained about everything i could about my 172cup and all the problems I have had with ownership right from brand new.
They came back with new alloys for the car and £150 in credit for my next service which is 48,000 due in 3 months time!
Wondering if anybody else has complained about service etc they have received and if the dealer concerned has offered anything in the way of compensation etc etc etc

Nope, but if it got me a new set of alloys I would of done. The ones ive come in contact with usually give a blank expression behind the counter and attempt to work out what day of the week it is.

I bought the car on a spur of them moment! within 12 hours it was mine, I didn't check it over completely so 50% my fault.
Anyway after complaining about the bad service etc etc and I put in that I went to the garage the day after about the alloys and they wouldn't do anything about them because I bought it as seen.
When i went in this morning the first thing they offered without me saying a word was we will get your alloys sorted so don't worry about that! I ws like...cool!
