Im gettin a K & N on thursday and just wonderin if they will make much difference to performance, sound, fuel etc....

Panel filters will make a small difference to the driveability as they tend to let the engine rev more freely.

if its an induction kit then it will make a lot more noise, improve throttle response slightly and increase your top speed.

cant say its had any effect on fuel economy for me, around town its worse if anything i would say

K&N is probably only going to give you a nice noise, power increases are over estimated imo. I had a K&N on a VTR and it seemed to reduce throttle response at low/medium revs.
