K tec camshaft upgrade

I ve got a 172 and are thinking about have the camshaft and remap done by k tec racing. One is it worth £1400? With the power difference, and smoothness on idle. Two has anyone had it done?

Speak to Andy @ Clio Turbo about fitting some 197 cams, should get change from £1400

Ktec are the last place you would go. If your in that area go and see dan at SJM Automotive. Only him or Mike woodford know how to time 197 cams correctly

Map it with an rs tuner and save yourself 1300 quid ! Cams are overrated for the money they cost much better bhp per £ upgrades imo
