Thought so. Seems a bit of a rip off when I paid £275 fitted at Blueflame

Yes it is, got it fitted at Blueflame in Skelmersdale a couple of months back. It cost £275 inc the fitting.
Keep an eye out on Ebay for them.
Blueflame themselves put them up with ' buy it now'
