k-tec stainless steel grill

Hi, has anyone got some instructions for the mk2 (facelift model) k-tec stainless steel grill? I'm selling mine and need some instructions to send with it.
Could someone scan them?

I made the mistake when buying it but never fitted it. Anyone know how it fits on? The existing grill has to be cut doesn't it?
