k-tec tubular manifold 1.4 16v

Hello everyone im looking at the stainless steel tubular manifold for my 1.4 16v from k-tec jw if anyone has got this or could shed some light on performance gains and quality.

Gains will be minimal and won't really do much, plus it's an auto so you won't be able to get the most out of it anyway!

what he said , you need to weigh up the pros and cons and then spend your money wisely .

manifold ? buy a decat ? buy an ik ? but a performance exhaust system ?

save for a better car ?

Wouldnt bother on an auto tbh. Would expect a couple of bhp tho (around 3bhp at a really rough guess and I hate guessing stuff like that incase im wrong)
