my old one wouldnt go that high, due to the way the backbox was designed.
the exit pipes were welded too low down on the backbox, so by lifting them up the backbox would foul on the enderbelly of the car.
i had mine sitting flush with the bumber, and thats as high as it would allow me to put it.

didn't realise bob the builder did engine conversions? can he do me a cam and headwork package for my car? i was going to take mine to your recommended guy, but bob's got more experience so I think I'll use him instead

What's my car going there got to do with anything? If it was going to have any issues from the ITB's it would have had them a long time ago, now around 10-12k on and it's fine. I've had a battery go on me and a sensor, so it's fine and has regularly made well over 220bhp on RR's... sorry to disappoint you.
You lot are an odd bunch, I'd suggest being a little more pro active if you have issue, not sitting in all day boning your sisters and mothers trying to keep the ol' family trees alive
Anyway... exhausts, so yeah, we'll just go to kwik fit tomorrow and get it on the ramps and I'll have a look and see exactly what's been butchered

and how long have you had it? its had another owner though since chris k - so why did he sell it so soon and how come the owner after chris didnt keep it? can it really be that good? or is it because your friends with andy that you have gotten the problems ironed out for free - for trying (and by god you try!) to give him good publicity?

how would I know, I bought it and it ran fine? I had a PAS leak if that's what you are referring to? I think you have been listening and hanging on the words of a few 'rival' companies with axe's to grind... I've dealt with one of them personally and got fucked about no end and never had the work done and am technically still owed half that work too, but I dont bother whining on about it at every given chance. If i wanted to dish the dirt, I could spread the muck, but I'm not a total c**t
I bought the car off clean16v as he's known on here and he's a good mate of mine and had the car fully checked over at Team Think before he sold it, for financial reasons which are no ones business but his. I still see him once or twice a week, so I think you are reading into issues that don't exist. The only thing Andy has done on this car is a remap because some muppet has had a play with it, I've seen the maps he had saved and the one on it and it's not the same... maybe bob the builder did it? So 5 months in it's cost me £1500 on security and an intermittent cutting out fault which was sensor related and also an RR in there where it made a nice healthy 240bhp.
