K4M throttle body removal

Has anyone had the throttle body off a K4M before? I've got sticky revs and jerky throttle response in traffic jams.

Had the same problem in my fiesta and after whipping the TB off and giving the spring a good clean, all was well.

However, unlike the fiesta, the K4M TB is buried behind a load of plastic and torx bolts. Is it as big a headache as it looks?

I imagine these arn't too different from the K4J (As there basically the same with more stroke ?)

The airbox can be a pain to get out, normally I have to undo the coolant bottle and move it to the side so you can "shimmy" the box out, that aside its pretty easy

Good ideas, I think it's the same as the K4J but with a longer stroke as you say.

Can't find all my torx sockets which is annoying as I'm back to work tomorrow! It'll probably have to wait until the weekend now.
