K850 Camera Shutter Stuck!

Camera shutter won't open at all now, have tried the usual updates etc but no joy!

Has anybody had this problem and resolved it?

mine wouldnt open the other day for some reason but i just kept my finger on the on button for a bit and it worked

Happened to me last night

Update didn't fix it but if you tap the back of the phone above the lens when pressing the camera button it opened (for me lol)

If it does it a lot i'll send it back to o2

Yeah it happens every so often. Bit of a pain if you need to take a quick snap, but throwing it at a wall usually helps.
