K850I....camera lense wont open!!!

was working yesterday and now it wont open, phone goes into camera mode but lense wont open!

silly q... but... have you pushed the 'special' button on the side that releases the lens cover?

mine broke the other day, couldnt open up text messages, had a software problem which can cause a lot of things to go wrong aparently

Has had a software update and is fine now
