There not sure if its old style or new style, getting back to me on Monday. It is a full set they have though of whatever type, powerflex don't sell individual apparently.

If he comes back there old style there advertising they should honour that price as it cross references to powerflex site as new type, he couldn't confirm if he could do that but if it turns out there the old type he could atleast do some discount.

So thats a full set for both wishbones, or just the one?

Yeah cheers mate I know this, there are still a lot of company's with stock of old. The old sleeve isn't stainless btw it's carbon as it welds to the arms and the new style should be welded IMO as theres room for the arm to move forward and back even though they are a press fit.

I will be welding them in and maybe having them machined so you can run even more caster.

Good find. I've just ordered some. It's quite clearly labelled as the full kit so that's what I'm expecting.

Yes, I was'nt sure what the sleave was made of tbh, looking at the new kit I thought it had a shoulder as well to stop movement along with 2 washers that go in between the arms and subframe mounting point, I honestly did'nt look to closely as Dan was fitting them, just looking at the mangled miss shaped bitsnof carbon that were left.
The castor idea looks a good one.

Regards Russ...........

They are a lot sturdier and you would expect them not to move but a little knock on a kerb and they will shift.

I have yet to see the new ones in person yet. They look to have 10mm's worth of room that could be machined giving you bottom arms like the cup racers run.

There not sure if its the new black type so you might have just bought an old set.

Then they get returned! That part number is for the new style so if they send me something else then they are in the wrong.

The old ones are difficult to fit, require welding and seem to get a mixed report on durability.

The old ones difficult to fit? What's hard about a couple of spot welds exactly?

From what I've read on here a lot of folk have been struggling to get the black ones in place on the car once there fitted to the wishbones!

They are the wrong ones after calling again this morning. Kam are getting back to me on there new price for the black version today.

That price isn't the best I have seen for the old style and they are not hard to fit, just make sure its more than a tack weld you put on and weld it 70% of the way round to stop them buckling .

I've heard people say new ones need a bit of welding too? And I'll look forward to see the price difference for new ones!

He's just refunded me for mine explaining they are the old purple ones. Was worth a shot!

Cheapest I've seen then is £90ish with Larkspeed.

I've just ordered new black ones from kam racing.. £80. Cheaper than eBay or anywhere else I've seen
