keeps resetting

each time i fill up i try to check how many miles i've done before i go to fill up again. problem is at the minute my mileometer etc keeps resetting.

no sign of the battery playing up so i am baffled.

Any idea why this is happening???

Probs is battery, but historically there are no other signs until it just doesnt start one day..... We've all been here before....

does the clock reset as well? if so its likely to be the battery.

no, the clock hasn't changed at all.
i might just get the battery checked out anyway.

Forget the clock, that has no impact on the battery and clocks resetting. My clock never faltered, but my battery did die following resetting!

That is the battery for almost certain. Only other thing is a new dash I believe...
