Compared to drifting a RWD car, and definitely compared to drifting a normal AWD car (Which is the experience the people in this thread are speaking from) yes. This is not comparable to driving the average scooby, evo, 3000gt, jimny (although with the difflocks engaged and on a slippery surface you're not far off) or clio.
Hitting precision marks isn't as easy. Personally I liked Gymkhana 2, where KB actually does some fairly accurate driving, but this just isn't as demanding or accurate.
